Grivel The North Machine Vario shovel ice axe is technical and designed to help you reach your dream, that north face that has been challenging you for a long time, covered with ice and mixed alternating and for all your high altitude projects, ice falls, drytooling, technical mountaineering.
Leader in versatility, it is made with quality materials and tackles the most extreme conditions and the most difficult terrains. The aluminum G-Bone handle combined with the ergonomic rubber grip make the Grivel ice ax a top of the range in terms of lightness, rigidity and comfort.
The North Machine comes with a snap-on nose and Vario steel blade, ideal for attaching to both rock and ice.
The additional toothing in the upper part helps you in mixed dry tooling routes. Grivel The North Machine Vario is very well balanced to penetrate the ice and lends itself to most of your mountain outings, whether on skis or mountaineering boots. Highly recommended multipurpose tool.
