Kong Futura Hand handled ascender is characterized by small dimensions and excellent ergonomics. The ascender is ideal not only for caving but also for climbing, mountaineering, work at height and rescue.
Futura Hand weighs only 125 grams, is light, reliable and easy to handle.
Used in combination with a chest ascender, such as Futura Body and a pedal, it allows you to face the ascent with the "alternating step" technique, reducing fatigue and obtaining a much more effective performance.
Tests conducted by cavers confirm a minimum gain of 30% in the efficiency of ascent.
Can be used with ropes from 8 to 12 mm in diameter, equipped with an anti-tip system.
