La Sportiva TX4 Mid GTX are excellent approach shoes also as light trekking boots.
They are soft and comfortable, perfect to keep on your feet even for a while.
Its suede upper gives unprecedented comfort and the Gore-Tex membrane ensures complete waterproofness to the shoe: that's why you can always keep it inside your shoe rack. Perfect all year round, you can use them both for your winter approaches when the trail is wet but also in summer for simpler excursions.
The Vibram Maga-Grip sole gives TX4 Mid the known grip of Vibram soles so you can walk on all terrains without being afraid of slipping. There is also a shock absorbing system on the heel area called Impact Brake System.
They are resistant to abrasion and impact thanks to the PU side coating and the climbing zone present in the tip which also allows you to do some simple climbing steps.
The upper collar then protects the ankle from painful sprains but at the same time gives flexibility without making the step tiring.
