La Sportiva Ultra Raptor II Mid Woman GTX is a women's trekking boot perfect for fast hikes with light loads! This is in fact the mid-cut version of the Ultra Raptor II, one of La Sportiva's historic models for trail running!
The mesh upper, very resistant to abrasion and breathable, is perfect for all conditions thanks to the Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane that makes them waterproof. Another important detail for the protection of the foot is the soft "Comfort Collar" that prevents the entry of stones or mud and integrates the easy-fit spoiler that helps you and facilitates the fit.
The super shock absorbing Memlex Eva midsole, combined with a FriXion White sole guarantees you excellent grip on all types of terrain! The heel area includes the Trail Bite Heel which helps you on the steepest descents and facilitates braking. On the other hand, the Impact Brake System and the rubber toe cap are integrated into the tip that protect you from impacts with rocks, roots and angular surfaces.
The lacing system, on the other hand, is integrated with the upper through loops sewn on the internal elastic fabric, reinforced on the external mesh: this system allows you to distribute the tension of the lacing over the entire upper and better wrap the foot, guaranteeing excellent wearing comfort.
