Lattice Training Triple Twins are climbing grips made of wood perfect for training and improving your strength in the arms and fingers.
These sockets derive from the Triple Rung beam: the shape and the sockets you will find will be the same as you find in the beam with the advantage of being two separate pieces that you can install at the distance you prefer and that best suits your body.
Simple in their construction but extremely effective, they are equipped with three different types of grips: in the upper part, in fact, you will have a 45 mm deep flat grip, excellent for the initial phase of heating or for great series of tractions, in the central part then you have the grip smaller. A 10mm thickness that allows you to do a lot of suspension sets at your ceiling.
Finally, in the lower part of the sockets you will have a 20 mm socket, the classic Lattice notch on which several studies are made.
