DAY 1 – PALMA DE MALLORCA

The meeting point with the Guide is fixed for 2.00 pm in Palma de Mallorca. We then move to our accommodation where we will have a short briefing of the week that awaits us: ready to discover this Mediterranean island.

DAY 2, 3, 4 – MALLORCA

The mornings will usually be dedicated to teaching with theoretical and practical lessons measured on the participants. The days will be spent among the various cliffs of the island, including S'estret, Sa Gubia and Alaro, where we will alternate experiences of slab climbing and overhanging walls. Depending on the skills and requests of the group, some days will be dedicated to the practice of Deep Water Solo in the Cala Varques sector. In the afternoons we will be able to go back to the projects left pending at the cliff or dedicate ourselves to a little vacation between excursions, the beach and the sea.

DAY 5 – PALMA DE MALLORCA

After breakfast we will return to Palma de Mallorca according to the flight schedules of the participants. Those who fly later will still be able to enjoy a last day on the beaches of Mallorca.

Andrea Cattarossi

Born and raised in Belluno in the Dolomites, he began his mountaineering career at the age of 18 climbing the Civetta for the first time. From there his love for the mountains led him to reach climbing difficulties up to 8b and to climb great classics such as the Philipp Flamm Diedro in Civetta and more recent routes such as Tempi Moderni in Marmolada. In recent years he has participated in several expeditions including the one in Morocco at Taghia with the opening of a new route published in the American Alpine Journal. Other trips to Yosemite follow with various climbs including the Salathè route on El Capitan and the Regular route on the Halfdome.
