Petzl was founded by speleologists Fernand Petzl and Pierre Chevalier. They worked hard and improved their activity and sports climbing. In 1968 they began to produce gear, and they have been on the market since 1975. The company based in France has always been on the front line for innovation and developement: in 1991 Petzl produced the GRIGRI, the first ever belay device with assisted braking. In 2014 new seats were founded in Spain and Germany.

CAMP was born in 1889 in Premana (LC) as founded by the blacksmith Nicola Codega. He and his family produced the gear that helped the Italian soldiers move on the Italian mountains during the First World War. They particularly developed the ice axes. By the end of the Second World War the legendary Italian mountaineer Riccardo Cassin started working with the Codega family, and the brand became a landmark in the production of mountaineering and climbing gear.

Atomic is an Austrian company founded in 1955 and has become a world leader in the production of skis for ski touring but also for alpine skiing. Nalgene is an American brand, founded in Rochester in 1949 and first specialized in the production of water bottles for the pharmaceutical industry. In the Seventies Nalgene started its adventure in the outdoor sports field.

Fixe is a brand of the Spanish company Techrock. It specializes in the production of bolting equipment.
