The Petzl Jag System haul kit is designed for work at height and has many uses. It can be useful to realize an unlockable mobile anchorage, to tension a system, to free an injured person.
Jag System consists of two double Jag and Jag Traxion pulleys, both on bearings, one of which is a locking device, two Am'D triact lock carabiners and a flexible sheath to protect the 8 mm cord. Thanks to the 4: 1 reduction and the excellent performance of the pulleys on sealed ball bearings, the effort of the user will be divided by four.
The hoist is available in three lengths, 1, 2 and 5 meters. This allows you to use the kit even if the distance from the anchor is reduced.
You can also combine the kit with an I'D descender to create a reversible rescue kit to free and evacuate an injured person.
Attention: Jag System is not a PPE and should always be used combined with a fall arrest device.
