Problemsolver Triangle portable climbing grip is a very innovative tool intended for climbers and designed to train and improve finger strength.
Specifically, there is talk of a socket made of wood in the shape of a corner with inside several possible sockets with which to train: therefore you will not have sockets for all your fingers (1, 2, 3, 4) but you can also train in a way different depending on where you want to place your new tool.
Initially it was designed for the rehabilitation of climbers: did you injure your finger and can't train on the beam? Precisely for this reason Triangle was born. Here you can in fact isolate the injured finger and keep the others trained.
You can unleash your imagination by inventing a lot of exercises. You can in fact use Triangle as TRX, but you can also connect it to a machine with weights to increase the difficulty. But you can also hang it and use it as a real natural weight beam, with kilos of overload or unloading.
