DAY 1 – PALERMO > SAN VITO LO CAPO

Meeting at 12.00 at Palermo airport and transfer to San Vi-to Lo Capo. After having placed the luggage in our accommodation we will immediately become familiar with the Sicilian rock: nothing less than the famous Salinella cliff awaits us! We will spend an early afternoon at the crag, already entering the heart of the course and warming up the engines for the following days on the rock! We will do a thorough review of insurance techniques and learn the first invaluable new tips for safe and effective progression.

DAY 2, 3, 4, 5 – SAN VITO LO CAPO

During the course days the mornings will be dedicated to theoretical and practical didactic insights in the various crags in the area. The variety of the walls that characterize San Vito Lo Capo will give us the opportunity to test ourselves both on technical and vertical slabs, where concentration and finger strength is required, and on overhanging walls with reeds, always very popular among those who love resistance routes. and continuity. We will try many routes both top-rope and first, noting the differences both mentally and technically. Each climber will be given feedback on strengths and points to work on, as well as many tips to be able to best express their resources. The crags we will visit will be Salinella, Calamanca, Never Sleeping Wall, but not only. In the afternoon we will have the opportunity to spend some nice moments of sea and relaxation, or we will be able to return to the projects left pending at the cliff.

DAY 6 – SAN VITO LO CAPO > PALERMO

After breakfast we will pack everything up again to prepare for the return. We will arrive at Palermo airport by 11 am. Loaded more than ever and ready to close the projects left pending in the home cliffs.
