This set of Smog consists of 6 campus rungs to create your climbing Pan-Gullich, both at home and in the gym.
The campus rungs are divided into three sizes and all 40 cm long. You will then find lists of all the perfect sizes to train your beloved fingers: you can do both suspension with or without overloading but you can also greatly improve your dynamism and explosiveness.
They then have one side with a edges straight and one slightly tilted downwards to improve grip (the thickness of the edges actually increases by 2 mm compared to those below)
