Stubai Kraxlboard Rock is a climbing beam designed and studied in detail to allow you a perfect workout at home without being afraid of losing your strength on your fingers.
You can choose the depth of the notch on which you want to improve and train your strength according to your level and the type of exercise you are doing. In fact, you will find three rows of notches all with different depths and with different grips: holes for a deeper finger or holes for two, three or four fingers.
You can also train your level on the flared holds thanks to the two sockets placed in the upper part inclined by 35 ° and 22.5 °, or even the staples: in the lower part there are in fact two hemispheres of 80 mm in diameter.
Finally, in order not to miss anything, there are also two good holds: here you can do some great traction sessions at the beginning of the training to re-scale the muscles but also at the end to demolish yourself definitively.
The beam comes supplied with the screws needed for assembly, but without the dowels.
