TOORX Functional Suspension Trainer Pro super innovative and designed to complete numerous exercises with the so-called "suspension training" technique. Climbers are also discovering TRX & reg training: functional training of all muscle groups through postural control, without the use of machines or weights. This system is based on in-depth research aimed at systematic improvement and is applied both in the sports and professional and military fields.
Inside the box you will find the necessary for a complete training session: two extendable nylon straps with two ergonomic foam grip handles, in which to insert hands or feet depending on the exercise to be done, a carabiner to hook the accessories, a fixing strap to the ceiling and an attachment for the door.
Unlike the Functional Suspension Trainer, in the Pro version, the two straps are adjustable with steel buckles and are characterized by a series of indices (from 1 to 9) that allow you to vary the intensity of the exercise according to your needs .
