Alpidex Master 5000 Edition Climber suspension training set TRX® is designed for those who practice climbing and mountaineering and for those who wish to improve their performance on the wall.
Alpidex Master 5000 Edition Climber offers you extremely specific training to train and develop antagonist and stabilizing muscles and increase muscular performance for rock movements.
The system consists of a series of elements that you can assemble quickly and intuitively for a complete training session at home, in the office, or at the park: suspension straps made of rope provided with two ergonomic foam grip handles for inserting hands or feet depending on the exercise to be performed, a door attachment system, 2 wooden balls of 5 cm, and 2 wooden balls of 7 cm.
The highlight of the Master 5000 Edition Climber is that you can use both the handles and the wooden balls, training grip and forearm strength in this way.
You can suspend yourself, grip, and lean from different angles, allowing for an unlimited number of exercises. You can even train just by simply hanging, like doing a plank but in suspension.
The pulley helps you achieve very balanced and controlled movements.
You can load Master 5000 in your bag, it is easy to transport, and you can set it up in no time and anywhere.
