Antworks Strong Ant 6 peg board hangboard climbing
The Antworks Strong Ant 6 is a purist fingerboard made of ash wood, designed for targeted finger strength training. With four panels of different sizes – 45, 20, 12, and 8 millimeters – it allows you to tailor your training to every level of experience, from beginner to advanced climber, without unnecessary elements: just you, the wood, and your fingers.
Each board is handcrafted in Niederösterreich, left natural to ensure optimal grip and a realistic feel. The choice of ash guarantees durability over time and a pleasant tactile sensation.
For beginners, the larger holds are ideal for safely starting finger strength work, while the smaller holds should only be introduced when muscles, tendons, and ligaments are sufficiently strengthened. This is because, although muscles adapt quickly to new loads, tendons and ligaments require longer periods to become stable. Starting too early with very small holds can lead to overloads and injuries. A progressive approach, starting with larger holds, allows for safe and lasting strength development.
The Strong Ant 6 is therefore a fingerboard designed for purist, clear, focused, and effective training, guiding the climber step by step in improving finger strength.
