Atomic Backland 78 UL is a fast and lightweight ski, equipped with Carbon Fiberglass for efficient climbing and solid performance.
Built for fast and light ski touring, the Backland 78 UL is an ultralight ski. Constructed with ultralight carbon fiber and Atomic's Ultra Light Woodcore for extremely fast skiing performance, this ski offers exceptionally efficient and quick ascents. The All Mountain Rocker allows for smooth and stable performance on descents, while the HRZN Tech tip floats on fresh snow and cuts through ice and chopped snow. A notch on the tips makes it easy and quick to transition the pre-installed skins. With a narrower profile compared to the Backland 85 UL, this ski is designed for climbing. The UL range offers the lightest skis produced by Atomic.
