Description
The Backland UL by Atomic is a ski mountaineering and all-mountain sports helmet, the ideal ally for climbing, being the lightest in the Backland range with a weight of only 340g (size S 51-55). Specifically designed for Skimo athletes and those practicing Fast and Light Touring, it offers the perfect balance between protection and lightness. Its Hybrid EPP In-Mold Construction is durable, lightweight, and extremely safe. In terms of safety, it integrates AMID (Atomic Multi-directional Impact Deflector) technology and the Holo Core, which, while reducing weight, provide 40% superior impact protection compared to industry safety standards. This helmet is Multi-Norm certified for skiing, climbing, and cycling. It is also a conscious choice, made with 43% recycled materials, including the recycled fabric lining (certified GRS). Comfort is ensured by the 360° Fit System adjustment and the Air Conditioning Ventilation, the most advanced cooling system with multiple air channels. The Skimo lining is lightweight, moisture-wicking, stays cool, and is removable/washable, perfect for both winter and summer. Among the other details that make a difference are the Headlamp attachment for quickly and securely mounting the torch, the Removable goggle strap station, and the presence of reflectors for increased visibility.

We ship to the UK via UPS, with VAT and duties included. Shipping costs 20€ for lightweight products and 50€ for orders with heavy items. See here.
