Atomic Hawx Ultra XTD 130 Tech GW is a perfect ski mountaineering boot for all-mountain skiing and freeride!
Thanks to the Prolite construction, it is lightweight and won't weigh you down during ascents, and there are reinforcements in the areas of greatest stress. The tongue stabilizer adds the necessary stiffness to be stable and secure at all times. Thanks to the Frictionless Pivot system, walking uphill will be natural as the bushings will allow the boot to move without friction. When it's time for a descent, you just need to lock the boot thanks to the Free/Lock 4.0 Ski-to-walk system, which is quick and really comfortable.
Comfort and fit are at the highest levels! Thanks to the Mimic Platinum system, the pre-shaped heel, ankle, and tongue feature a layer of thermoformable material (Touring Flex Zone) that will perfectly adapt to your shapes, giving you a boot that fits perfectly!
