BD Black Diamond Helio Carbon 104 are backcountry skis for outings from dawn to dusk in fresh snow!
Excellent performance, control, and smooth movements on all types of snow are possible thanks to the lightweight construction with a carbon fiber layup, ABS sidewalls, and a paulownia wood core. The soft flex and its torsional stiffness ensure a reliable and responsive ride downhill, while the width of the tip and tail improve floatation and efficiency on fresh snow.
Putting on and taking off the skins will be very simple! There is a clip tab at the tail that keeps the skin securely in place even on the steepest and most difficult climbs. The tip area, on the other hand, is serrated to allow the use of different skins with various attachment methods.
