Beal Opera 8.5 mm Unicore Dry Cover climbing rope by the meter
The Beal Opera 8.5 mm climbing rope by the meter is certified as both half and twin rope. Ultra-lightweight, fluid, and versatile, it is recommended for experienced climbers when used as a single rope.
This product features the most important technologies branded by Beal. It is equipped with Unicore technology, which bonds the core and sheath together. This ensures that the two components remain united in the event of a tear.
The Dry Cover is a waterproof treatment that makes the rope resistant to moisture, abrasion, and dust. It is applied to the outer braid and performs well on long routes.
Additionally, the Beal Opera utilizes Thermo Fluid, an infrared treatment that stabilizes the fibers of the sheath, making the rope more compact and manageable.
The Beal Opera is also available in the Golden Dry version.
