CAMP Ascent Auto/Semi Auto automatic and semi-automatic crampon
CAMP Ascent Auto / Semi Auto is a perfect crampon for your mountaineering outings. It is also suitable for excursions on snow and glaciers thanks to its 10 horizontal points.
Ascent is made of steel, it is lightweight, and its strong point is its extreme versatility. Compatible with all types of boots, this version can be used with both automatic boots (with a notch present both in the front and back) and semi-automatic boots (notch present only at the back) thanks to the cage provided that you will find inside the package.
The result is a super compact, rigid crampon that is perfect for your outings on snow and ice. However, if you need an even lighter and more compact product, you can find separately in our catalog a Dyneema strap that you can replace with the bar that connects the heel piece to the front part of the crampon.
Additionally, you can also transform Ascent into a universal crampon by purchasing the rear attachment separately.
Regarding the adjustment for the boot size, you will find a bar with two holes that you can adjust, and it is also possible to move both the front and rear attachments.
