Description
The Corsa Alpine by CAMP in its updated version is a lightweight ice axe with a steel head, designed to offer a perfect balance between lightness and performance on technical terrains, ideal for mountaineering and ski mountaineering. Its strength lies in the combination of a super lightweight aluminum handle and a steel head, ensuring the necessary resistance to tackle steep slopes without weighing down the equipment. The technical blade, tapered from 4 to 3 mm, is designed for better penetration in ice and easier extraction, while the curved handle with a grip carved into its lower part offers a secure hold to overcome the most challenging sections. The minimal steel tip ensures stable support, and the technicality of the tool can be further increased by mounting the Trigger Fast Lock support or the Corsa lanyard, both available separately.
