Quickdraws for traditional climbing DMM Phantom Quickdraw is ideal for those who frequent alpine environments and are looking for a lightweight, durable, and manageable quickdraw.
The Phantom Quickdraw features DMM's lightest carabiners, the Phantom. These, combined with a Dyneema sling, make the Phantom one of the lightest quickdraws on the market.
The sling is made of 11 mm wide Dyneema and is available in three lengths: 12, 18, and 25 cm.
The Phantom carabiners are hot-forged, a process that lightens and strengthens the aluminum used. The nose has a slightly pronounced notch, which reduces the possibility of the rope getting snagged during maneuvers or making it difficult to remove the carabiner from the anchor when you need to clean the route.
The 11 mm thick Dyneema sling is also designed to be as lightweight as possible and features an internal keeper on the rope side that holds the carabiner in position.
