Edelweiss Oxygen II 8.2 Supereverdry Unicore half rope climbing
Edelweiss Oxygen II 8.2 is a half rope for climbing, ideal for mountaineering on rock and ice.
Its qualities of resistance and durability are enhanced by the treatments present on this rope. We find the Unicore, a treatment that stitches the sheath and the core together to make the rope softer over time and also more durable: we will not have the problem of sheath slippage when the rope starts to age.
In addition to this, we find a double waterproofing, a treatment called Supereverdry that makes the half rope ideal even when in contact with water. This will prevent the sheath from swelling and stiffening when wet.
Finally, with the HD Cover treatment, the sheath of the rope will be very smooth, thus reducing friction on the rock and various protection points.
