If you are looking for the perfect tool to elevate your grade when you can't train in the gym or at the crag, this hangboard is what you need.
All the sizes, thicknesses, and angles of the holds are perfectly designed to make your training super effective and as less traumatic as possible on your fingers.
At the top, you have holds available to train your flat hand: two slopers at 32.5° and 40°, and a central one to train the inclined one-arm hold at 10°.
In the central part of the hangboard, there are various holds, all symmetrical with different depths: this allows you to vary the intensity of your training and also diversify your exercises.
An important note is that the hole for two fingers has two different depths for the index and middle fingers.
The screws for mounting are not included.
