Explore Climbing XC ProEvo is a perfect hangboard for training at home or in the gym.
If you want to improve your finger strength, this is a great tool that will allow you to do so. You can use it alongside your indoor training program or even on its own if you can't make it to the gym for a while.
You can't even imagine how many exercises you can do just using ProEvo. You can do a lot of pull-ups with or without added weight to tone and increase your muscle mass, but you can also do many hangs specifically for finger strength.
But that's not all: don't have a bar and tired of doing crunches on the floor? You can combine the two and do crunches as well. Hang on a hold of your choice and start your set of crunches. You'll see that they are amazing done this way!
ProEvo has indeed been built with the aim of providing all climbers with a complete tool to train all the grips that are most commonly found on the rock.
That's why you find pockets for 2, 3, and four fingers of various depths: 15, 25, and 40 mm. This makes the hangboard suitable even for those who have been climbing for a shorter time and do not yet have fully developed finger tendons. Start with the slightly better holds to avoid possible injuries and then gradually progress. You'll see that this tool will do you good!
Moreover, ProEvo wanted to emphasize the importance of one-finger holds: how many times do we find a one-finger hold in our project and feel a lot of fear to pull it? Well, you have several pockets for one finger on which you can train to be 100% ready.
Finally, there are two sloping holds at the top inclined at 20° and 30° and also two good holds with which you can warm up before getting serious.
But that's not all: the highlight of ProEvo is that Explore Climbing wanted to make everything a bit more challenging but at the same time fun. The hangboard is indeed inclined at 10°!
