Fixe Multi Chain multi chain climbing
Fixe Multi Chain multi chain offers the possibility to anchor at different distances without compromising the total strength of the personal anchor cord. The individual strength of each ring is 22 kN, the same as the webbing as a whole.
The cord features knotless technology (patented by Fixe). This is a construction system that allows connecting the multi-chain webbing to the two attachment points of the harness (waist and legs) without tightening the assembly and improving comfort. The personal anchor cord can also be positioned using the traditional eight-ring system. Additionally, a color code helps differentiate the ring to be tied to the harness from the ring at the end of the chain, from the rest of the equipment.
By taking care of every little detail, the side seams of the rings that make up the cord are finished to prevent snagging during anchoring maneuvers, with carabiners, etc.
Made of polyamide and HMPE (high molecular weight polyethylene ultra). The HMPE component provides exceptional lightness and strength to the entire piece.
Its versatility allows it to be used in many mountain activities, such as climbing long routes or mountaineering. With this multi-chain, we can comfortably anchor ourselves, adjusting the length; set up the braking device to perform a descent at the most convenient point of the equipment; or anchor ourselves to the wall at certain moments during climbing.
