Fixe Sling Fosca 10 mm webbing loop
Fixe Sling Fosca 10 mm is a sewn webbing designed to offer the maximum in terms of strength, lightness, and fluidity in maneuvers. Every detail is carefully designed: the seams are finished on the edge and side to prevent snagging during use with lanyards and carabiners, while the Fixe logo sewn on the side helps reduce friction. The label is also designed to be discreet and functional, thanks to the rounded edges.
The black core of the webbing is made of HMPE (high modulus polyethylene), an incredibly lightweight material with high tensile strength. On the sides, the strap is reinforced with polyamide, recognizable by the color that varies based on length and appreciated for its excellent abrasion resistance. The safety stitches, also in polyamide, complete a robust and durable construction.
With a strength of 22 kN, Fosca is designed to withstand high impact loads and offers superior durability compared to webbing made solely of polyamide. Its flexible structure makes it ideal for creating quickdraws or setting up rock bridges, proving to be an excellent companion for all types of vertical activities: from mountaineering to expeditions, from ice climbing to traditional climbing. It is the shortest in the Fixe range, precisely produced in Sant Quirze de Besora, between the Pyrenees and Barcelona.
