Designed to withstand extreme situations, it features a case made of reinforced polymer and a Corning Gorilla resistant lens, which protects the high-contrast screen. These features allow it to gain certification to the USA810 military standard for thermal resistance, shock, and water (it is waterproof up to 100 meters).
Garmin Instinct Solar is also an invaluable ally for your training in practically every sport, thanks to preloaded and customizable profiles that allow you to track data, parameters, and develop personalized statistics and training plans. Some of the monitored parameters include heart rate, PulseOX, Stress, and Body Battery.
Thanks to the ABC sensors (altimeter, barometer, compass) and access to international satellite navigation systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo), you will always have altitude, weather, orientation under control, as well as a reliable GPS position even in areas where the sole use of GPS does not guarantee accuracy.
You also have complete integration with your smartphone: you can sync messages, emails, calendar, and various apps so that you have everything you need at your wrist.
