The Total Dry Vario by Grivel is a blade for dry tooling ice axes, specifically developed to ensure maximum performance and reliability during the most challenging climbing sessions on rock and artificial structures. Its advanced geometry is meticulously designed to allow for extremely secure placements and optimal stability on rock holds even under the effect of repeated and intense loads. Made from robust carbon steel, this blade boasts significant structural strength that translates into stable and precise placements in every situation. The integrated Vario system allows for the interchange of blades and accessories to provide precise adaptation to the terrain and changing wall conditions. Weighing a total of 120 grams, the component meets the highest safety standards in the industry thanks to CE EN 13089 Type 2 and UIAA 152 certifications. It is fully compatible with a wide range of high-level ice axes from the brand, specifically with the North Machine, North Machine Carbon, Tech Machine, Tech Machine Carbon, Dark Machine, Dark Machine X, and Nexus Machine models.
