HMS Push-Up parallettes for push-ups
The HMS Push-up bars are two training parallel bars, 30 cm high, designed to make your home workout even more effective.
Use them during your push-up sets: with these, you ensure that your wrist always works correctly without overloading it too much. You have no more excuses!
In addition to push-ups, you can also try doing handstands or squats: try to lift your legs and hips off the ground!
The bars are made of metal and have dimensions of 30 x 60 x 36 cm.
