HMS wooden gym rings with standard strap
The HMS wooden gym rings set allows for a wide variety of exercises that engage both the upper and lower body and helps to work on movement coordination.
The set consists of two high-strength wooden rings, two 2.64 m long straps, and a carabiner for installation.
The ring set is very easy to use, lightweight, takes up no space, and you can take it with you to the park, office, or gym.
The tool is also a great way to practice intense CrossFit-style workouts.
The rings have a diameter of 23 cm and a thickness of 2.8 cm.
