The climbing book Idea Montagna Klettertouren Im Sarcatal is inspired by a mix of elements such as light, air, and the rhythm of movements, which motivated the author, Heinz Grill, to create new routes with a sensitive push. The routes are carefully illustrated in every detail, and each one is given a precise identity. Heinz Grill arrived in the Sarca Valley in the mid-2000s. With his extensive experience in repeating and opening challenging routes in his home mountains, the Karwendel and the Kaisergebirge, he brought a wave of innovation to a valley that was already full of ideas and routes and almost exhausted. On one hand, they are an expression of human work and a human force of ideas, but on the other hand, they take into account the natural conditions and their natural structures.
