Kayland Stellar GTX are crampon-compatible trekking and mountaineering boots, ultra-lightweight and ideal for rock, mixed terrain, snow, and ice!
The upper is enveloping and made of super durable fabric, and to further enhance protection, a rubber reinforcement has been added to the toe cap. It features a Gore-Tex membrane that makes them waterproof and breathable, perfect for humid conditions, rain, or snow. The Kayland Ankle Lock Technology protective system is designed to protect the ankle, keeping it securely in place while allowing natural movement. The Lycra collar helps improve fit comfort and protection. The lacing system is the Smart Lace System, convenient and quick, allowing for personalized and adjustable volume control.
However, the strong point of this boot is the exclusive Vibram midsole outsole lock, which provides incredible performance and comfort! The soft PU midsole absorbs shocks while ensuring good sensitivity; moreover, being made in a honeycomb structure, it is lightweight and facilitates thermal insulation. The Vibram rubber outsole guarantees maximum grip on all types of terrain. There is also the possibility of using semi-automatic crampons.
