La Sportiva Ultra Raptor II Mid Woman GTX is a women's trekking boot perfect for fast hikes with light loads! This is indeed the mid-cut version of the Ultra Raptor II, one of the historic models of La Sportiva for trail running!
The mesh upper, highly resistant to abrasions and breathable, is perfect for any condition thanks also to the Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane that makes it waterproof. Another important detail for foot protection is the soft collar “Comfort Collar” that prevents the entry of stones or mud and integrates the easy-fit spoiler that helps and facilitates the fit.
The Memlex Eva super cushioning midsole, combined with a FriXion White sole, guarantees excellent grip on all types of terrain! The heel area includes the Trail Bite Heel that assists you on steeper descents, making braking easier. The toe area instead integrates the Impact Brake System and the rubber toe cap that protect you from impacts with rocks, roots, and sharp surfaces.
The lacing system is integrated with the upper through eyelets sewn onto the internal elastic fabric, reinforced on the external mesh: this system allows for distributing the tension of the lacing across the entire upper and wrapping the foot better, ensuring you excellent comfort while wearing.
