Lattice Training Lifting Pin weight holder
Lattice Lifting Pin is a perfect weight holder for your training exercises. You can finally say goodbye to weights awkwardly attached to the harness.
With this vertical barbell, you can insert weights inside it and attach it to the harness with a carabiner.
You can also use it to train your pinches or different types of grips by doing lifts from the ground.
It is worth mentioning that, to avoid damaging the floors, it is equipped with a cork base.
