Lattice Training Pin Grip weight plate holder
Lattice Pin Grip is a clamp for securing weights that slide into the Lattice Lifting Pin, allowing it to be used not only as a support for weights to be attached to the harness or other aids, but also as a pin for training wrists and forearms.
Simply add weights to the 1 inch/25mm diameter Lattice Lifting Pin and secure them in position with the Pin Grip.
It is perfect for wrist and forearm training/rehabilitation.
