Lattice Training Flex Block yoga brick
Lattice Flex Block is a unique cork yoga block, specifically designed for climbers, to assess flexibility, direct training, and monitor mobility.
The exclusive measurement system of the Flex Block uses two scales (one at 10 cm and the other at 20 cm) drawn on the surface so you can evaluate your progress in stretching.
To achieve more precise measurements and even greater muscle stretches, use it in combination with the Lattice Training Flex Mat.
Of course, the Flex Block can also be used for everything you can do with a traditional yoga brick!
Made with organic materials, the block is more eco-friendly than other plastic-based products. The soft cork is gentle on the skin and maintains grip even with sweaty palms. The rounded edges allow you to comfortably rest all your weight on the cork yoga block.
