Lattice Training Foamie rubber ball for muscle warm-up
Lattice Foamie is a soft rubber ball with an oval and ergonomic shape. dedicated to warming up before climbing.
It is used for low-intensity use of the forearm flexors, for example during a quick warm-up or rehabilitation after an injury.
The ergonomic shape ensures correct use of all fingers and filling of the entire ma-no.
You can take it to the crag or to the gym comfortably inside your backpack or bag.
