Lattice Training Triple Twins climbing training holds
Lattice Training Triple Twins are climbing holds made of wood, perfect for training and improving your strength in your arms and fingers.
These holds are derived from the Triple Rung hangboard: the shape and holds you will find are the same as those on the hangboard, but with the advantage of being two separate pieces that you can install at the distance you prefer, which best suits your body type.
Simple in their construction but extremely effective, they feature three different types of holds: at the top, you will have a deep 45 mm flat hold, great for the initial warming-up phase or for some great sets of pull-ups; in the middle, you have the smaller hold, a thickness of 10 mm that allows you to do plenty of sets of hangs at your maximum.
Finally, at the bottom of the holds, you will have a 20 mm hold, the classic Lattice edge on which various studies are conducted. When you purchase this product, you will also receive instructions on how to perform a self-assessment of your fitness and/or strength. You can also send the results to Lattice, who will advise you on what to work on to improve your level.
Inside the package, you will also find three training programs that you can follow.
