Mammut 10.1 Gym Station Classic rope is a single climbing rope designed primarily for prolonged use in the gym.
Its structure is indeed very durable to last a long time, and it is also equipped with a special treatment on the sheath that ensures the risk of slipping on the core is very low.
When the rope starts to age, you will not feel the sheath sliding.
