Moon Deadhanging Rungs 18 mm Small list made of wood for training is excellent for training finger strength.
Made from birch wood, this list is great for building your custom Pan Gullich at home, but also for making a mini climbing hangboard if you don't have much space.
Available in three different thicknesses (18, 23, and 29 mm), these lists are all 90 cm long and all have six holes for four fingers: this will allow you to train in many different and fun ways, different from classic hangs. You can indeed train with pull-up and hang games with narrow, shoulder-width, or extra-wide grips to engage different muscles.
