Choose from holds with a cut edge, 35-degree inclines, slots of 25mm, 20mm, 15mm, 10mm, and 8mm, or pockets for two or one finger at 22mm. It also includes fixings for pulleys if you prefer to perform exercises with assistance. Designed by Ben Moon in collaboration with some of the best British climbers, each hold has been optimally positioned for classic one or two-arm training. Comfortable and secure, two-arm exercises are performed on holds spaced shoulder-width apart, while the most common holds for one-arm hangs, at 22mm and 18mm, along with a large hold for one-arm pulls, are all centered to position you in the middle of the door, free from the frame when mounted above it.
