Patagonia Cragsmith 32 l is the crag pack from the American brand, this is the smallest size.
Updated and renewed version made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester and DWR water-repellent treatment with PFC free. However, despite this small but significant change in the fabric used, the fundamental features of the pack remain unchanged.
The exterior is a compact shell with just two side straps to compress it when necessary, two pockets for water bottles, and another pair of straps to increase carrying capacity.
The cool thing about this pack is another: the top opening allows you to load the gear, and the zipper that runs along the entire back gives you immediate access to everything you have packed. You just have to throw the pack on the ground to slide the zipper!
The 32-liter Cragsmith is equipped with padded shoulder straps (adjustable both above and below) that help you support the weight at full load, a minimalist hip belt with a buckle closure, and a top handle for hand carrying. It also has an internal pocket on the back that can be used for a hydration system.
