Description
The Petzl Sm'D Twist Lock is a climbing carabiner equipped with a two-movement automatic locking mechanism. The Sm'D is a small D-shaped carabiner with a very slim profile thanks to hot forging. As a result, it is extremely lightweight, weighing only 51 grams! The automatic locking is very secure and also very quick to use, even with gloves. The tip features a Keylock closure, which prevents snagging during maneuvers. Additionally, the Sm'D has a hole at the base of the lever that can be used to connect it to a belay device or a pulley with a rope to prevent loss.
