Petzl Swivel Open swivel is lightweight, compact, and has a breaking load of 23 kN.
Swivel Open makes maneuvers easier by preventing positioning lanyards from twisting during progression, ensuring you always have a correct and safe positioning of devices. This is why Petzl designs a swivel that rotates freely under tension but remains fixed under load: your devices will always stay in position.
The swivel is openable to reduce the bulk and weight of composite systems, characterized by a wide opening for the installation of a lanyard or device, which you can conveniently pair with a locking carabiner.
