Petzl Vertex helmet for work at height and rescue
The Vertex work and rescue helmet from Petzl is comfortable and features a closed shell without ventilation openings, designed to provide maximum protection against electrical hazards, molten metal projection, and flames.
Vertex has a fabric edging and a six-point attachment that allows the helmet to adapt to the shape of the head and remain stable during various maneuvers at height or on the ground.
The Centerfit adjustment is made by operating the two side wheels. The system is easy and quick and allows the helmet to always remain well-centered on the head.
The helmet features a Dual chin strap that allows the worker to adjust the resistance of the chin strap to adapt the helmet to different environments: work at height (EN 12492) and work on the ground (EN 397), ventilation holes, and adjustable sliding panels from the outside to ventilate the helmet based on usage conditions.
Petzl envisions a fully modular helmet, compatible with various accessories: visor, headlamp, chin strap, and interchangeable padding, attachment for noise-canceling headphones, neck protector, badge holder. All accessories are sold separately.
The helmet is available in a one-size adjustable from 53 to 63 cm.
