Petzl ZigZag Plus mechanical blocking device
The Petzl ZigZag Plus is a mechanical prusik equipped with a high-performance swivel, designed to keep the device always in the correct position and allow optimal rope guidance.
The Petzl ZigZag is made of steel, offering not only greater durability over time but also excellent stability. The locking device has a maximum load capacity of 140 kg.
The device features an internal pulley mounted on a sealed ball bearing, designed for retrieving excess rope.
The locking and unlocking maneuvers are quick and intuitive, activated by a spring-loaded release lever.
It has two connection holes, one above for the return of the rope when used on double rope or with the additional Chicane brake (click here to see the product), and one below to add a Zillon lanyard (click here to see the product) or connect a second system.
The ZigZag Plus can be used on single and double ropes with a minimum diameter of 11.5 mm and a maximum diameter of 13 mm.
