Powerball NSD 280Hz Autostart Pro Fusion climbing gyroscope is designed for training the entire upper body, from fingers to forearms to shoulders.
Made with wear-resistant materials and improved for greater durability over time, Autostart Pro Fusion also features an LCD screen that informs you of how many revolutions per minute you are making. To activate it, simply rotate the internal rotor three times using the designated wheel, release, and rotate for instant start.
Inside, there are special speed-sensitive LEDs that change color based on the rotation speed.
The gyroscope is also widely used as a tool for rehabilitation, strengthening, and injury prevention, and you can follow specific rehabilitation programs provided by Powerball through videos or PDFs that will assist you in rehabilitation from your fingertips to your shoulders.
With Powerball, you can improve endurance and increase your strength while monitoring your progress in real-time.
We recommend opening and cleaning the Powerball every few months for better maintenance.
