Problemsolver Triangle portable climbing hold
Problemsolver Triangle portable climbing hold is a very innovative tool designed for climbers and aimed at training and improving finger strength.
Specifically, it is a hold made of wood in the shape of a triangle with various possible grips inside for training: you will not have grips for all fingers (1, 2, 3, 4), but you can also train differently depending on where you want to position this new tool.
Initially, it was designed for the rehabilitation of climbers: did you injure a finger and can't train on the hangboard? This is exactly why Triangle was created. Here you can isolate the injured finger and keep the others trained.
You can unleash your creativity by inventing a lot of exercises. You can use Triangle like a TRX, but you can also connect it to a weight machine to increase the difficulty. You can also hang it and use it like a real natural weight hangboard, with some Kg of overload or even unloading.
Triangle comes supplied with a cord.
